About this Concept

Sam Karl and Ari Karl created this high-intensity bootcamp class with the goal of bringing a healthy, high-energy workout to active communities around the country. They are both excited to bring this new concept to young, enthusiastic adults looking to change their lifestyles. While all classes have a cardiovascular aspect, each class will be geared toward specific muscle groups. Every workout will help burn calories, increase metabolism, and strengthen and tone muscles.

Meet Your Instructors

Sam Karl

Sam Karl was born in Miami, Florida and graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 2011. Following undergrad, he attained his law degree from the University of Miami in 2013 and became a member of the Florida Bar. Sam then obtained his fitness certification and pursued his true passion in the world of health and wellness. He quickly became known as a celebrity trainer in Miami, Florida. Becoming more involved with fitness, Sam and his brother, Ari, created KAMPS. As a group fitness instructor and a celebrity personal trainer for several years, Sam has written countless articles for prominent websites and magazines regarding nutrition, health, and maximum workouts. Sam is excited to bring these ideas to young enthusiastic adults looking to change their bodies and their lifestyles.

Connor Lieser

Connor Lieser was born in Sheboygan, Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 2018 with a Bachelor’s in Exercise and Movement Science, a minor in Entrepreneurship, and a background in the more technical sciences. Connor has spent the past 7 years traversing the fitness space. Connor is a certified group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and has experience and credentials with Olympic weightlifting and adapted fitness for individuals with diverse abilities, both physical and psychological. Connor is the Head Trainer and Manager of Kamps’ Tucson, Arizona location and coordinates the training program for all new trainers for the Kamps nationwide brand. At the age of 23, Connor is loving life and loving helping people “just want it” a little more when it comes to their life and their fitness.
